Becoming a universal being




"We must become universal beings, we must become that one is Muslim, Hindu, Christian or anything else.


When you become a universal being, you can feel on your fingers, how is a person. Muhammad said that "our hands will speak." We do not need to doubt any of the scriptures, we see the inner light in all that is described.


What separates us from each other is indeed the unifying factor, diversity has a beautiful unit in us. But this can only be understood once the Kundalini is awake.
There is no other way, because when the Kundalini is awakened, there is an integration of your being and you begin to see it as a real experience.

Dum, dum, another qawwali of Nusrat





It is not easy to find exactly but roots of Qawwali can be traced to the eighth century in Persia, now Iran and part of Afghanistan. During the first great migration to the XI century Persia, the traditional music of "sama" (assembly of the Sufis who gather to listen to devotional music) has migrated to Southeast Asia, Turkey and Uzbekistan.

The Sufi Amir Khusro is often cited as the inventor in the thirteenth century of qawwali, we can say that it has merged the styles of traditional Persian and Indian music to create the qawwali as we know it today . In the thirteenth century, the qawwali has therefore developed in South-East Muslim, and its height will be raised by the Sufis, with multiple populations and culturally different.

The word "sama" is still used in Central Asia and Turkey to discuss similar form. The word "qawwali" comes from the Arabic "qaul" which means "speak". The qawwali is a religious song that glorifies Allah and Ali often, the "qawwal" is the one who circulated the prayer sung Sufi.

harmonium began a sort of introduction, then the soloist, Mohri, begins a slow song and virtuosic (alap).
Then the song (raga) is taking shape with the introduction of percussion instruments, tabla and dholak. The group, awazia, took part in the chorus of the soloist, with a higher register or shorter which emphasizes some of the text. The other singers in the choir resumed singing of the soloist and clap to the rhythm of qawwali so specific.
